STARTED:

1. Open the picture ( CONTROL + O).

2. Press CONTROL + J to duplicate, this step is required, I will never tire of telling you that you work on a copy, never on the original.

3. Blur applying layer Filter> Blur < DESENFOQUE GAUSSIANO: in my case I have put radio 10 px.

4. Then change the Blending Mode from Normal to Soft Light .

5. With these steps we have recovered, somewhat, the colors and contrast of the picture.
now place you in FUND layer and apply a Curves adjustment layer: LAYER> NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER> CURVES (or click the circular icon half white half black color palette located under Layer and select Curves ).
Click the center of the curve and move a little, down, to darken the picture.

6. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Levels : let us make use of droppers black and white, like this: click the black point eyedropper and click on the area of \u200b\u200bthe darker picture, then choose white-tipped eyedropper and click in the image clearer.
In this way we recover the image definition.

7. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Color : in my case I changed the yellow color-selection from the drop-down box at the top of the dialog box, with these values: Cyan: 0, Magenta: I have +1 , in Amarillo: +12 and +10 have put Black.

8. With this step we have achieved something over image sharpness. Now press the letter Q to activate Quick Mask and press the letter B to select the Brush . Drawing on the mask
the area of \u200b\u200bthe photo that you believe need to be improved - for example an area still has a predominant color.


9. Press the letter Q to exit Quick Mask, then it shows the selection you have made. Invert this selection: Select> Inverse (Control + Shift + I) and smooth a bit this selection: SELECT> Refine Edge: put 4 px radio.

10. Now let's apply a new adjustment layer: LAYER> NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER < EQUILIBRIO DE COLOR: click HALFTONE and put the appropriate values \u200b\u200bthat you believe - in my case I put these -15 / +16 / 0, then LIGHTING click and put, as are the corresponding values, in my case I put this: -3 / +1 / 0 -.

That is all. With the help of PhotoShop , and using a few Adjustment Layers have improved a picture quite dull and poorly made.
