8. Press CONTROL + capital letters + N to create a new layer.
9. Edit> Stroke : in width to 2px , choose a light gray color as color and select the option position Center. Click OK and CONTROL + D to deselect.

10. Back to repeat step 7 to select the content again the image in black and white. then click SELECT> Transform Selection . We will expand the selection to be without the rounded corners are: in the Options bar put 102 in width (W:) and height (H:) to 103 . Press Enter to apply the transformation .
