STARTED:

6. FILTER> BLUR> RADIAL BLUR : Set to the 100 Amount and Method Zoom. This step helps to soften the image.

7. Change the Blend Mode of this layer, a PLOT . Then press CONTROL + J to duplicate this layer and change the Blend Mode to Color Dodge .

8. Then we apply a radial blur: Filter> Blur> Radial Blur : leave as is the setting. Click OK . Then press CONTROL + 10 times the letter F . In this way - Control + F - repeat the last filter-blur-radial tenfold.

9. Press CONTROL + J to duplicate the layer again and this time change Fusion Mode SOFT LIGHT.

10. Finally press Ctrl + Shift + N , to unite all the layers ... you have a good background and Save (CTRL + SHIFT + S) in your portfolio, for usuarlo as the basis for some work.
